Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Tim Scoggins graduated from Colorado Institute of Art in 1981, and immediately began his career as an illustrator. After freelancing for 4 years Tim was hired as the staff artist for Copley Los Angeles Newspapers. He worked at the newspaper and also continued taking on a wide variety of freelance illustration assignments. After 10 years, and about one thousand illustrations later, Tim left the newspaper and went freelance full time. At this time he started diverting more and more of his attention to large scale mural work, and also started taking on fine art comissions (mostly portraits). Over the past 2 decades Tim has continued to take on assignments of all varieties in both the commercial and fine art worlds, but always coming back to...
